1. Fiber is important for digestion. It promotes the survival and growth of great germs. A higher fiber intake can reduce the risk of developing heart disease and Type 2 diabetes. Split peas and lentils, black beans (chia seeds or charmagaz dried melon seed, white sesame/til flaxseeds pumpkin seeds, white sesame/til flaxseeds, yellow melon seeds), green peas, quinoa, oats and raspberries are all rich in fiber.
2. Allow low-sodium food to be eaten: This type of food (such bananas or spinach) helps to increase potassium intake and decrease salt consumption.
3. It is possible to avoid hydrogenated fats such as those found in red meat, full milk and other dairy products. Gawa (Cow) Ghee can be used as an alternative (maximum 5ml per day).
4. Resistance can be increased with popular intakes such as Ayurvedic Kala and Golden Milk Mixture. Spices such as black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and dry ginger all have the same function.
5. Tulsi and Yashtimadhu herbs and spices, Ashwagandha and Giloy, Dry Ginger, and Jeera, Dhaniya and Haldi are all good options.

3. Accept resistance boosters and other medicines: Common active ingredients like turmeric and lemon can improve our resistance. However, one must discover where they are located in one’s diet to live a healthier lifestyle.
4. Chosen foods that lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a common problem. It is important to be aware of this issue and to take steps to avoid it. High fiber foods can help lower cholesterol levels.
5. Fresh and tidy cooking is encouraged. It is highly recommended to eat what is fresh and freshly prepared, and avoid preservatives and chemicals.
