You’ll have a great exercise if you combine a top-notch powerlifter with an experienced Afghan war vet in one fitness center.
Last time, KC Mitchell, the brave veterinarian and creator RisingLabs and JesseNorris (the powerlifter), showed you how you can torch your back. This time they look like children in a sweet-shop. They survey all the toys in the health club and then create an exercise that will give you a chest as a Roman soldier’s breastplate.
There are many best chest workouts that require extremes you didn’t know were possible. After completing a pre-exhaustion with slope dumbbell presses and bench pressing, they will then add chains to their workout. Next, it’s time to do cable TV flyes before moving on to a final “climb the ladder”, cable-cross burnout. This is based on Hany Rambod’s FST-7 training system: Big and Ripped.
Mitchell gives tips and stories about his amazing journey after he lost a leg during a fight. Mitchell understands the meaning of “you must fail in growth” when he says this.
KC Mitchell is so tough and heavy that he does every exercise. You need a pre-workout that is specific to the job in order to achieve his strength.
